Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel, You have all been so amazing and kind it has made our family holiday even more special. The hotel is so clean and so well laid out. The rooms are massive we had 3 x One bedroom apartments and could not believe the space. The pool is amazing and lovely. Plenty of sunbeds too and I love the gate system so the kids are safe. The daytime and night entertainment was brilliant. The food was OK the only one down side was the takeaway menu has no kids meals on it. The hotel is set a little bit away from the beach and town, But the taxis are very cheap and get there very quickly when booked. Car hire would maybe be a good idea. Lastly a very special thank you to one of the ladies on reception who I believe was called Beatrice who made my little daughter so happy and gave her a couple of small gifts that made her day. We will definitely be coming back soon and can't wait.

We have stayed various times at Vitor’s Plaza. The apartments are spotlessly clean, spacious and the kitchen area is well equipped. The living space has a TV and is well lit at night. The wifi is free and fast. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a good size balcony with furniture. There is an exchange of reading material, with books in various languages. Upon our arrival we were welcomed like family by Bruno and Fatima. Always friendly and helpful. There is daily cleaning by cheerful cleaning staff. We enjoy playing on the tennis court for which rackets and balls are provided and free of charge. Same for basketball. Although not located beachfront, the beach, Alvor and Portimao as well as shopping, is all nearby. We very much hope to return next year.
