Vitor's Plaza’s Opinions in Alvor

We have stayed various times at Vitor’s Plaza. The apartments are spotlessly clean, spacious and the kitchen area is well equipped. The living space has a TV and is well lit at night. The wifi is free and fast. The bathroom has a walk in shower. There is a good size balcony with furniture. There is an exchange of reading material, with books in various languages. Upon our arrival we were welcomed like family by Bruno and Fatima. Always friendly and helpful. There is daily cleaning by cheerful cleaning staff. We enjoy playing on the tennis court for which rackets and balls are provided and free of charge. Same for basketball. Although not located beachfront, the beach, Alvor and Portimao as well as shopping, is all nearby. We very much hope to return next year.

Firstly I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at the hotel, You have all been so amazing and kind it has made our family holiday even more special. The hotel is so clean and so well laid out. The rooms are massive we had 3 x One bedroom apartments and could not believe the space. The pool is amazing and lovely. Plenty of sunbeds too and I love the gate system so the kids are safe. The daytime and night entertainment was brilliant. The food was OK the only one down side was the takeaway menu has no kids meals on it. The hotel is set a little bit away from the beach and town, But the taxis are very cheap and get there very quickly when booked. Car hire would maybe be a good idea. Lastly a very special thank you to one of the ladies on reception who I believe was called Beatrice who made my little daughter so happy and gave her a couple of small gifts that made her day. We will definitely be coming back soon and can't wait.

Excelente. Atención integra del personal, desde limpieza hasta los camareros. Nos llevaron la cena a la habitación una noche que no llegábamos al tiempo por la actividad que desarrollamos allí. Limpieza buena y tranquilidad. Tienes utensilios para poder prepara cenas, comidas... Las cenas del menú, exquisitas y cada día hay menú distinto en el que no falta la carne y el pescado. El próximo año iremos de nuevo. Personas alojadas sueltan las puertas y se escuchan los portazos demasiado.

A repetir seguramente. Hotel bem localizado, a poucos minutos das praias e supermercado (de carro). Bom ambiente, boas áreas e boas piscinas, principalmente a grande no exterior. Apesar de pequena (para nº hóspedes), também gostámos da interior aquecida, onde terminávamos o dia. Quanto ao apartamento, também ele com boas áreas, comodo e agradável. Bela varanda com vista piscina e podendo aceder pelo quarto e sala. Bom serviço de quartos e a vila sempre limpa e perfumada

As with previous stays here , the staff were extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are always incredibly clean and tidy with very comfortable beds. Larger than average. Being on the ground floor by the entrance we suffered a lot of noise from children running up and down the corridor and above us with young children running around at 5am-6am which obviously woke us up and became very annoying. Would suggest couples without children or older couples to stay on 2 nd or 3rd floor to avoid the same situation. This was the only thing that let our stay down.

Boa relação qualidade preço A limpeza do apartamento e o conforto são muito bons. A varanda é excelente com vista para a piscina e espaçosa sem gradeamentos perigosos para crianças. Todo o apartamento contem detalhes de segurança para crianças pequenas como por exemplo as esquinas da mesa da cozinha tem os cantos arredondados, as janelas abrem por fora. Tinha tudo o que era necessario para a estadia e supermercados muito próximos (a uma curta distancia de carro). O colchão era bom e espaçoso, internet funcionava bem. Tinha também um parque infantil para os mais pequenos. Eu gostei de tudo e recomendo. O atendimento do bar (snacks) achei demasiado demorado porque tinham poucos funcionários. Também não valorizei o facto de terem musica/entretenimento noturno que se ouvia bastante no meu quarto o que dificultou um pouco o adormecer de crianças/bebe que se deitam cedo, porém é uma questão pessoal. O apartamento tinha máquina de café mas não tinha chávenas de café pequenas.

Un splendide voyage!!! L'hôtel est top avec un personnel au petit soin que ce soit le restaurant, la réception et l'appartement nettoyé tous les jours avec les serviettes changées ainsi que les gels douche, shampoings et savons. Le personnel est vraiment gentil et attentionné 👍 Nous avions pris demi pension que ce soit le petit déjeuner ou le dîner c'était parfait,copieux et raffiné avec du choix et un menu différent tous les jours. Un séjour vraiment magnifique.

Best holiday we have had and we have traveled a lot! the staff really do make this hotel the bar/restaurant staff are just awesome thank u so much for being so accepting it made all the difference, the entertainment was brilliant being a single mum is always a bit nerve racking but could come down at night n just have a fab wee night! rooms clean and well equipped! We didn’t want to come home! 🥲 thanks again! U guys absolutely rock!
